General Terms and Conditions – TSA-Collectibles

TSA-Collectibles operates an online webshop selling collectibles and related products.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the TSA-Collectibles webshop.

Article 3 – Products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur.

Availability of products may change without notice.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and local currencies and may include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before completing the order.

Article 5 – Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of incorrect pricing, stock errors, or suspected fraud.

Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

TSA-Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact TSA-Collectibles via email.

Returned products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Article 8 – Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Article 9 – Liability

TSA-Collectibles is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of products purchased through the webshop, except where required by law.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All website content including images, product descriptions, logos, and branding are the property of TSA-Collectibles and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

Article 11 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the GDPR (AVG).

 

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
