Shipping Policy
• Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Orders after 19:00 will be processed the next day.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
• Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
• Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
TSA-Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
• Lost or Damaged Packages
TSA-Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you.
• Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
