What is your return policy?

Are certain purchases final?

We cannot accept returns on certain items. This will be clearly indicated before purchase. The majority of our products are final sale due to their exclusive nature and limited availability.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Delivery times depend on your location and typically range from 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 5-10 business days for other European countries. International orders may take longer. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. Items must be unused and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Exceptions to this policy include items marked as final sale, custom or personalized products, and any items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer. Digital products and downloadable content cannot be returned once accessed.
